  • We kindly ask that you prioritize the health and safety of our sitters by not scheduling a sit if your child is unwell. If your child exhibits any symptoms of illness, we request that you cancel the sit. Please note that our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, meaning cancellation fees will apply if a sit is canceled within 48 hours due to illness.

    Symptoms requiring cancellation include:

    • Sore throat

    • Upset stomach

    • Fever over 100.0°F

    • Diarrhea

    • Mouth sores

    • Ringworm

    • Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease (HFM)

    • Runny nose with discoloration

    • Cough or congestion

    • Eye, nose, or ear discharge

    • Abnormal breathing

    • Any communicable diseases

    Children must be symptom-free, without the aid of medication, for at least 24 hours before a scheduled sit. For HFM, children must be fever-free for 72 hours, and all blisters should be scabbed over or dry and inactive.

    Your cooperation ensures the health and safety of both your family and our sitters.

  • Yes, if your sitter needs to pay for parking during the sit, the family is responsible for covering the parking fees. This should be arranged directly with your sitter, either by reimbursing them for the parking cost or providing access to free parking if available.

  • Since our sitters reserve time specifically for your family, they should be compensated for the full duration of the scheduled sit, even if you release them early. Please book the sit for the exact time you need. If you anticipate needing some flexibility, it's best to schedule for the longer duration and include a note that the end time may vary.

  • Once you request a sitter, they will receive an email notification. Your sitter has 48 hours to accept or decline the sit. If they accept, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If they are unavailable, we will either rebook the sit with another sitter or notify you so you can choose to rebook yourself, based on your preference.

  • You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time by editing the "Location & Membership Plan" section in your profile. To cancel your membership, simply scroll to the bottom of your profile and select the cancel option. Please note that cancellations take effect immediately, so we recommend canceling after your last scheduled sit.

  • We’re sorry to hear that! We strive to provide detailed bios to help you choose a sitter who’s the right fit for your family. If things didn’t work out, we encourage you to try another sitter from our roster who may be a better match for your needs. You can always mark any sitter as "Do not want again" or as a "Favorite" for future bookings.If you encounter an issue with your sitter that you’re unable to resolve, please contact Tylena at tylena@littleonesnannyagency.com to discuss further. Additionally, you can request not to book that sitter again by clicking on the sit you had with them and selecting “Do not want again.”

  • We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your babysitting session within 48 hours, the following fees will apply. These fees are automatically charged to your account and paid directly to the sitter.

    • If canceling with more than 48 hours notice, a $25 courtesy payment is due to your sitter

    • If canceling with 1 to 48 hours notice, 3 hours or 50% of your booking is due to your sitter, whichever is more

    • If canceling within 1 hour of your booking’s start time, full payment is due to your sitter
