Placement Costs

  • For full-time, live-out nanny positions (40+ guaranteed hours per week), our final placement fee is 12% of the employee's annualized gross earnings.

  • For family assistants, household managers, and other domestic roles, we charge a placement fee of 18% of the employee’s annualized salary.

  • We handle tailored searches for unique roles, such as live-in caregivers, ROTA nannies, tour nannies, travel nannies, summer nannies, private educators, personal assistants, part-time positions, and other domestic staffing needs. Our placement fee is 18% of the employee's annualized salary.

  • For Newborn Care Specialists or Night Nannies, our placement fee is 25% of the total gross contracted compensation.

  • For temporary roles (lasting less than one year), our placement fee is 18% of the employee's total gross contracted compensation.
