Once you’ve found the right nanny, we’ll assist with contracts, salary negotiations, and even connect you to tax experts if needed.
Placement Costs

For full-time, live-out nanny positions (40+ guaranteed hours per week), our final placement fee is 12% of the employee's annualized gross earnings.

For family assistants, household managers, and other domestic roles, we charge a placement fee of 18% of the employee’s annualized salary.

We handle tailored searches for unique roles, such as live-in caregivers, ROTA nannies, tour nannies, travel nannies, summer nannies, private educators, personal assistants, part-time positions, and other domestic staffing needs. Our placement fee is 18% of the employee's annualized salary.

For Newborn Care Specialists or Night Nannies, our placement fee is 25% of the total gross contracted compensation.

For temporary roles (lasting less than one year), our placement fee is 18% of the employee's total gross contracted compensation.
